Product choice
You can visit our online shop without any obligation. If you have chosen a product and wish to make an order, you can add the product to your cart by clicking the button "add to cart".

Cart
All products that have been added to you cart can be accessed with one click on the button "cart”. If you access your cart, you can still adjust the order quantity to your linking. To do so, enter the desired quantity directly in the cart and click on the symbol (green, round double arrow) for "refresh your cart". Furthermore, you have the possibility to remove articles from your cart by clicking the button "delete”. By clicking "back to the online shop", you can continue to add more articles to your cart. If you are ready to order, click "pay now".

Registration
If you have not yet registered or if your information has already been deleted, you are a new customer in our online shop. An account is necessary to record your data and to manage your order. This is how you register:

- You are already a customer at tickSAFE:
   use your previously entered username and password to login to our online shop.

- You are a new customer or your login details are rejected, e.g. because your data have already
   been deleted: click on the button "register" and follow the directions.

- You do not want a long-term registration, but instead prefer to reenter your data for every
   new order:   click "here" under "order without registration".

Billing and delivery address
After you have clicked "pay now", your delivery address will be displayed. Here, you have the possibility to change your delivery address or, if necessary, enter a diverging delivery address.

Order completion
After another click on "next", you may choose your preferred delivery method.

The shipment and packaging costs, as well as possible transfer charges arising from your payment method, will be indicated herein. After another click on "next", you will be presented with a summary of your order. By clicking on "back", you can return to previous steps in case you want to make modifications to your order. Furthermore, you have the possibility to leave a comment regarding your order.

Before you can continue the ordering process, you must accept the General Business Terms and Conditions. Please confirm by placing a tick in the box that you have read and accepted the General Business Terms and Conditions (AGB).

You conclude your order with a click on "buy now” and thereby submit a binding offer to enter into a sales contract.

After submitting your offer, you will receive an email to the specified email address by which tickSAFE confirms your offer. This shall not be understood as an acceptance of your offer to enter into a sales contract. This acceptance takes place with the confirmation of your order through tickSAFE in a separate email.

Acceptance and rejection of your orde
tickSAFE is entitled to accept your offer to enter into a sales contract within 2 working days by sending an order confirmation in another email. Your timely receipt of our order confirmation is determining. If we do not accept your offer within the given time frame, it will be deemed rejected, i.e. you are no longer bound by your offer. The two-day period for accepting your offer begins on the first working day following the day that you have placed your offer and finishes at the end of the second working day following the day that you have placed your offer. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding state-approved holidays at the seat of the tickSAFE GmbH.
